Water Colours

Framing of water colours are glazed for protection, acid free matting boards limit foxing and protect the painting. The picture is hinged when mounted on the mat board for protection.

Usually softer artistic designs, suit muted mat board tones, off white being the most common.

In most cases one mat is preferable.
